    I didn’t stumble onto the idea of MSO overnight.
    It came from years of building businesses, some that succeeded, and others that taught me lessons the hard way.    I’ve worked with passionate founders, scrappy teams, and talented people who were doing “everything right” but still felt stuck.
    Through those years, I started noticing patterns.
    And out of those patterns, a system started to form.    MSO short for Marketing System Optimization, isn’t just a guide. It’s a result of trial and error, sweat and stress, moments of clarity, and a lot of tough calls.
    It’s a framework designed to simplify growth and align your marketing with what truly matters.    But it’s not ready just yet.
